Fyke and Associates operates as an independent agent for Transworld Systems Inc.. (TSI), Stryde Solutions, and Growth Management Group (GMG) working with business owners and medical professionals to enhance profitability through specialized tax incentives, expense reduction and cash flow management.
Our strategic alliances provide the most sophisticated full-service stimulus programs focusing on specialized tax credits and incentives, corporate expense reduction and accounts receivable management. These programs provide our clients the capabilities to reduce property taxes, income tax liabilities, and accounts receivable recovery, thus increasing profitability.

An Arizona native, David currently resides in Nampa, Idaho with his wife of 37 years. He and his wife have three grown sons and seven grandchildren.
David retired as Vice President and State Development Services Manager of a Fortune 300 Title Insurance company where he had worked for over 32 years. His experience spans over 44 years in the title insurance industry, specializing in the land development and building industry.
After retiring from the Title Insurance industry, he founded Fyke and Associates, a company focused on assisting commercial property owners, business owners and medical professionals in increasing their profitability through specialized tax credits, tax incentives and revenue enhancement. Fyke and Associates provides companies with strategies for business and financial success.
David served 26 years in the 161st Civil Engineering Squadron with the Arizona Air National Guard, retiring in 1996 as Chief Master Sergeant. During his service David served as the Squadron Training Liaison, Production Control Superintendent, Squadron First Sergeant, and retiring as Chief of Civil Engineering.
David holds an Associates of Science Degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Resource Management. His background in working with administrative and technical details provides him with the knowledge and insight to prepare documentation and resources for the benefit of others.
He is an active member of the Nampa Chamber of Commerce and prior to moving to Treasure Valley, David was a member of Arizona Association of Economic Development, Leadership West and former Board of Directors Member. David served on the Arizona Homebuilders Association Real Estate Liaison Committee Chairman and is an Arizona Department of Real Estate certified instructor of Subdivision Law and Real Estate Commissioner's Rules.
An avid outdoorsman, David enjoys hiking, hunting and most outdoor activities when time permits.
